You’ll gather insights through interviews, observations, and system log analysis, then create clear process maps and actionable recommendations. In this role, you’ll evaluate and configure CRMs, ERPs, HRIS, and other platforms, oversee data migration, set up integrations, and develop SOPs that ensure smooth adoption. You’ll bridge the gap between technology and performance, ensuring every solution delivers measurable results across all departments.
Automation & AI Specialist
We’re looking for an Automation & AI Specialist to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions for SMEs. You’ll turn repetitive, high-friction tasks into efficient, automated workflows using low-code/no-code tools like Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, and Airtable, as well as AI-powered platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere. You’ll prototype and test solutions, integrate systems, and fine-tune performance post-launch. This role is ideal for someone who understands both automation technology and client-focused delivery, creating scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve consistency.
Technology Implementation Specialist
We’re hiring a Technology Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of business technology platforms for SME clients. You’ll set up CRMs, ERPs, POS systems, time-tracking tools, and automation platforms, tailoring each to client workflows and compliance needs. Responsibilities include sandbox testing, user onboarding, training delivery, and providing 30–60 days of post-launch support. You’ll be the technical liaison ensuring every system is reliable, user-friendly, and fully aligned with our clients’ operational goals.
Custom Automation Developer
